Problem loading BOI-BOL site

Pat Dineen could not logon to BOI site, tried my laptop no load either. Rang BOI under tools>compatibility view; added https://www.BOI-BOL.com. Also turned off pop-up blocker. This worked, although not on mine. On pat's I reset IE9 as well.
