System Restore from Command Prompt Windows XP & 7

At the Command Prompt, type C:\windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe and press Enter. -For Xp
At the command prompt, type cd restore, and then press ENTER.
Next,we will type rstrui.exe , and then press ENTER. - For Windows 7
This has removed the Police virus for me twice so far!
